How much memory would about 400 songs take up on the iPhone?
I'm getting a 16 gig iPhone 4s and I already have an 8 gb iPod Nano that I share with my little sister and we have 408 songs (4.6 gb used, 2.7 gb remaining) on it. Probably about 80% of my music takes up the space if I put around 300-400 songs on my iPhone would it take up too much memory, considering internet, apps, photos, etc?
Alot
With photos, apps and all other stuff like videos and music 16GB is perfectly enough for you.
It depends on the length and bitrate of the songs.
The average size of the songs on my phone is 4.3MB.
4.3MB x 400 = 1720MB or 1.68GB.
- Why does my photos on my Iphone take up so much memory? I had about 500 photos and it was 6.0GB, then i literally deleted all except 4 of my photos. So I have 4 photos and its 5.2 GB?! Please Help ME FIX THIS it takes up all my memory, by the way i have a 16GB IPhone 5, Thanks!
- Why does my music take up so much memory? I have 275 songs. 1.8 gigs. Why do the songs take up almost 2 gigs? What ever happen to "1 gigabyte holds 1000 songs?" I have an iphone 4 synced with an iTunes account.
- Why does my camera take up so much memory on my iphone? I literally have like, two pictures and thats it but it takes up 3.2 GB. But I also have these albums that I can't delete for some reason. I don't know how to fix it.
- Why does instagram take up so much memory? I have noticed on my iPhone and ipad instagram seems to fill up all my memory until it is full and then it will undergo "cleaning" and restart the process. Why is it necessary to do this and is there anyway to stop this?
