How much to unlock iPhone 3GS? - 1

My boyfriends sister just gave me her iPhone 3GS but she's on Tmobile and I'm on O2. I don't get along so well with my own phone so I'm really keen to have the iPhone. Anyone know on average the price? Plus the safest way to do it?

I paid R150 to unlock iphone 5, so I think the price wil be differ with a less money.

£15-£20 probably not worth as i think them phones are worth about £50 on ebay.sell it on ebay and buy one with the same network as your sim.

Don't know the price. I'm guessing £20 but I don't know. Safest way is to go in phone shop and they'll unlock it for you. My mate got his smartphone unlocked for £5 from an Asian shop.

iPhone's might be a bit high prize.

T Mobile UK have a facebook page… You could give that a try… I'm sure they charge around £20 though.

I reset it to the factory settings and was planning on taking it in to Tmobile to have it hooked up. My problem is i can't get in to any settings or anything now since it was restored.
