Long story short
A girl threatened my life and my families so i took her phone and threw it at the ground. After this she called the police and I was given a ticket for property damage. She received nothing for what she did to me.
The phone is a iPhone 5c, which was previously shattered. I have proof that it was shattered also. What is the amount that she can get out of me when we go to court?
