How often should i switch up my iphone?

I started with the iphone 4 back in 2013, between then and now i've had 2 iphone 4s 1 blue 5c 1 5s and now a iphone SE currentyly i still have my first iphone 4 all the others besides the 4 or SE i still own, cause people are dumb and steal or i lost it… Still how often should i switch up my iphone i got the SE in may, so i'm with koodo, also i find a need for a bigger screen like the 6s or 6, yes their older ish phones but still lol

Wow, look at how much Apple made off you. The whole damned thing costs less than $50 in parts and assembly and the rest goes to millionaires and wannabe stock holders get a few crumbs. Buy another house instead of throwing away money on phones.

NEVER… If you have any phone lower than iphone 6, then you should not update it, yiou should keep it at ios 9, or else it will be literal trash. When it is trash, then you can upgrade. If you have any of the iphone 6 version on ios 10, don't upgrade it to ios 11 or again it will be literal trash, if you do so, the you can either be patient wiith the slow speed of the new update or you can buy any phone higher than the iphone 6 versions. NOW IF YOU DIDN't UPGRADE TO ANY OF THE FORBIDDEN VERSIONS THAT I MENTIONED THEN YOU ARE FREE TO KEEP ANY VERSION OD YOUR PHONE THAT IS 5S AND UP, BECAUSE THEY WILL RUN AS NEW
