How to concentrate? I often get distracted by my iphone?
However, i can't give up on my phone as i do a lot of good things with it as well. Like keeping track of my assignments, use what's app to do my project work. I do up a plan but can't follow it because of distractions
Turn it off and forget about it.
Put all the game type apps or apps that DISTRACT you in a folder far away from the hoemworl stuff, and promise yoursel when you're done with homework you can then play on your iPhone.
Give your phone to your mom. And tell her, hold on to this please until i finish my work. It helped me.
