How to activate iPhone 5S to AT&T's network?

I recently got a factory new replacement iPhone since my old iPhone broke. There isn't an easily accessed AT&T store nearby that I can use to activate it, and since my phone is on a company line, the Apple Store can't help me. I tried activating it online but you need an AT&T account which doesn't allow company or business accounts. Also, my phone can't call anyone so I can't call the AT&T number. Any help or ideas?

You would definitely need to contact AT&T. And if you dial 611 from your phone it should connect you with AT&T

  • Wi-Fi on iPhone keeps saying unable to join network (my network name)? How can I fix this! It's been like this for a week but it works on my laptop fine. I tried unplugging it for a few seconds, I tried resetting network settings, I tried turning my phone off then on again, and I know I'm typing it right. I even typed it in upper case AND lower case. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

  • Looking for a way to evenly share network speed in a house network? So my problem is that I play games online, that need a good ping. Whenever anyone from any other computer goes to load a video on youtube in a high quality, it takes up all the speed, gives me more than 400 ping and just pretty much cuts everyone else out. Is there a way to share the network evenly between every user? Our download speed is about 6mb/s, so if we have 4 active users, i'd like it to share it like 1.5mb/s each.
  • IPhone 6 issue Could not activate cellular data network? I have a new iPhone 6, coming from an iPhone 4s. I have AT&T btw. In the top left it shows i have bars, and then the LTE or 4G symbol shows up, but when I try to use safari or anything web-based it says I'm not subscribed to a cellular data service, or "could not activate cellular data network". It works fine on Wi-Fi, but why won't it work on LTE or 4G.
