How to avoid giving my billing info to my Iphone account?
I can't update my apps! And all of a sudden it wants my billing info to do so. I have an iPhone 4S
If you recently changed to a different iPhone 4S or if your earlier provided payment method (like credit card) expired or so, it needs info to have a valid payment method even though the Apps updates are Free.
It's normal. It just needs verification info.
Another way is to update your Apple in iTunes on a computer, then update your apps via iTunes… That would not require the billing info.
But eventually you are going to have to provide it some day.

So the other day i bought an app with my moms credit card and it went through fine but now i can't downlod any free apps it pops up red and says enter billing info, but its free? Befor i bought the app i could always doenload free stuff without doing that?

When I look up the IMEI of my broken iphone 5s on iphoneimei.info it says it's 16gb and when I look it up on imei.info it says it's 32gb… Which site is more accurate? The iphone is stuck in recovery mode and will not power on unless connected and it won't tell me the storage capacity in itunes.

And I have no money in my account (monthly pay lol) to put the details in and purchase whatever it was I was meant to have purchased, so when i add the details and press continue, it says there was a problem purchasing and then I'm back to square one.

I recently tried to download a free app but my iPhone keeps bringing up that my payment method has been declined and to enter another, I have purchased apps before and have downloaded fine. It now tells me to fix the problem in my purchase history but how do I do this? Iv been through it all and everything seems fine. This is so annoying because it won't even let me update any of the apps I have, anyone else had this problem? Or know how to fix it?
