How to back up everything on iPhone?
I can't back up all my files on iCloud because I have too much stuff. So how do I back it up to iTunes? And can you back up pictures and contacts on iTunes and restore them? I don't want to lose anything. + steps on how to do it.
Download itunes on computer. Authorize computer. Plug in device. Choose manual back up. You do not need to restore unless something is wrong with your phone. Your pics will back up but safest thing is to import them to computer. Synced pics will not backup because they are already on computer. Anymore questions go to the apple website under support.

I backed it up to itunes, so where do i go from here? Do i do a factory reset and when its done, will it give me the option to use backup to put everything on my phone?
