How to back up everything on my iPhone 4S to itunes?
I did ask a question before but no one answered it. My iPhone 4S is not working properly so apple said I should get a new one but back up the one I currently have on ITunes. Every time I connect my device to iTunes it doesent show up. I have tried going to file and then devices but when I do click on file devices doesn't even come up.
It sounds like you are having problems getting your phone into sync mode. Windows or Mac?
- May I delete everything on my iphone 4s once everything had been transfer to icloud? I have been a iphone user for almost three years and I'm going to trade in my 4s to get the iphone 5. Right now, I'm starting to figure out icloud work and it's a little bit confusing. So I want to know if it's okay if I can delete everything once my contacts, photos, and other stuff had been transfer? Because I do not want to lose my stuff and never get it back!

I wanted to take all my music on my iPod and insert it to my iPhone. I was on my computer on iTunes trying to find how. I thought I found the right thing so I clicked restore iPod when my iPhone was plugged in my computer. Then I lost everything and I'm very upset. Also, my iPhone was acting like I just got it. It basically acts like an iPod. Is there a way I can get everything back?
- If I sync my iPhone to iTunes does it back everything on the phone up? I plugged my iPhone into my laptop and it automatically synced. I then went to get my phone exchanged. I'm scared that this didn't back up my phone and i won't get my contacts back. Can someone give me an answer?
- If i restore my iphone via ITunes, everything will be put back on it from back up? I want to restore my iphone due to some problems i'm having but i wanna make sure i won't be losing anything. I backed it up to itunes, so where do i go from here? Do i do a factory reset and when its done, will it give me the option to use backup to put everything on my phone? I'm having a hard time understanding this and i don't wanna lose anything
