How to boot an operating system on iPhone without jailbreak?

If not, what devices CAN I boot it on?

You can only boot Windows 2000 and under, and even still they are very slow (unusably so), hard to use, without keyboard, and they require jailbreak. If you want to run an OS (like Linux, or an early version of Windows) then there's software available free. I'm not sure of the authenticity of some of the programs as I havan't tried them, but they're there. A google of "How to run ~OS HERE~ on android" should give you a few quick guides (They may be long guides) on doing this.

Currently I'm using the iPhone 5s on iOS 8.3 I know if I were to update my phone to the latest OS I may notice some slowdown on my phone's performance, since it may not have the "muscle" to handle certain functions. Many apps now are optimised for iOS 9 and/or the 6th generation phones. Will my 5s' speed performance slow down if I update my apps? Will the app's performance slow down?

I have a Acer 7560 Laptop and I reseted my hard drive (like deleted everything) because it was so slow and some guy put a lot of programs when I wanted it fixed so it was useless. I thought it was going to be like the iPhone when you start all over but now when I turn it on all it says is "missing operating system" and I don't have a recovery disk or usb! So it's stuck like that. Can I buy a disk or usb online if so what type or do I need to take it to someone.

Every once in a while it will shut itself off and try to start itself back up again. Itunes won't recognize it so i can't restore it even though i have my iphone backed up. Is there a way to fix this? I've been searching around for an hour to no avail.
