How to bring up iPhone keyboard at will?

I'm playing vice city on iPhone and want to bring up keyboard without buying a physical keyboard, so how do I summon up the iPhone's touch keyboard at will

You can't. It automatically comes up either when you tap inside a text entry area, or when an app wants it to come up.

If it never comes up, your phone is probably connected to a bluetooth keyboard. You need to turn off that keyboard to allow the iPhone's on-screen keyboard to work instead.

I doubt you can, Android used to be able to but after tablet interface Google ditched it. Which means it isn't to populace liking to do that when it is not for entry on some input field.

So physical keyboard you stuck with, I know Androids with OTG can use inexpensive USB keyboard so does iPad given they sell OTG adapters on eBay.
