How to build airports in Minecraft?

I just baught the game on my iPhone 3GS for $7.00 and don't know how to build airports in Minecraft. I know it looks pretty difficult to build an airport in Minecraft but I'm going to try to build it. I need some help on how to build an airport in Minecraft.
