How to bypass iphone activation?
I bought a iphone 4s from a person that has a icloud id and password on. I factory reset the phone on itunes but know the phone ask the icloud id and password to activate mine doesn't work it is still on the other person id. I can't get hold of him to delete his account.
You can't as its a security feature. Its probably stolen if you suddenly can't reach him, you always need to verify that stuff before purchasing.
Turn your stolen phone in to the police. Keeping it makes you a buyer of stolen goods, and the phone can be tracked as soon as it is turned on. There's no way to get past the activation lock without the cooperation of the rightful owner
