How to bypass VPN parental controls?
How could I bypass VPN parental controls on my IOS (iPhone) device, without the app showing that it isn't working?

Until then, you do as your told. It's that simple.
Unless you are connecting to open (unencrypted) Wi-Fi, you probably have no legitimate reason to use a VPN. Simply remove the application and don't use open Wi-Fi.

You can't without the parental controls username and password on both your phone's account administration and the VPN administration. If it's bypassed… It's not working. That's what bypassing something is, going around it so it doesn't work.
You can try using just data and not the VPN connection however your parents will know that data is being used and if they have parental or other data-control things in place on the data plan side of the phone's account you're still not going to be able to watch adult content or do whatever it is that you don't want them knowing about that they have blocked.
