How to calculate the sea-level barometric pressure given only a barometric reading and elevation?

I'm developing an iPhone app that uses the iPhone 6's altimeter function to calculate the current sea-level pressure.

Instructions for calculating the sea-level barometric pressure given only a barometric reading and elevation can be found here

To a first approximation, the pressure decreases 10 mb / 100 meters
Works best below 10,000'.
