How to change the icon image of a home screen shortcut on iOS?

I know there are ways to change the icon images of stock and App Store apps, but that's not what I want. I'm looking for a way to change the icon images of web pages that are added to my home screen. Because when I add a web page to my home screen, the image that the icon uses is just a scaled-down screenshot of the page, and it just doesn't look that good. Is there a way to change the picture that the icon uses? My iPhone is jailbroken if that helps.

  • Which iphones home screen have screen rotation for the APPS HOME screen? I know the iphones on web rotation on internet use and youtube thats not what i'm asking the home screen which iphones have a home screen where the apps are have rotation not web or youtube or videos the home screen which iphone?
  • Loading icon has been on my home screen for two days? (iPhone 5) I don't know why it's there. It only shows up when I'm on the home screen and it goes away when I'm in an app. (There's a pixel requirement w the photo so there's a lot of unnecessary things in it) But it's at the top, as usual, next to the carrier. I don't know I just want it to go away bc it's very annoying.

  • Iphone battery icon doesn't change? My iphone 5 will charge but the battery icon does not change unless I turn it off and turn it back on. When my phone is on the battery icon never goes down either unless I turn it off and turn it back on. Is there anything I can do to fix this or do I need to take it to a repair place?
