The thing is that although he wrote that the phone is locked and not in use, it could be locked, but stolen, rendering it a useless iPod like phone. Now, is there a way I can know if this phone is stolen? Is there a unique ID that the phone has that I can use to contact Sprint to find out if I can actually register the phone as mine?
