How to connect iphone to network without Wi-Fi or itunes?
I accidentally reseted my iphone 4 and I have no Wi-Fi and can't access itunes! Its asking me to join or add a network which I can't do so is there a way it can connect to my cellar network?!

You have type the password to connect to the Wi-Fi
If you literally just restarted your phone and it's asking you to re-set it up, then the only way you can do it is over Wi-Fi. If you already re-set it up then you should already have cellular network connected, if not try turning your phone off then back on.
No Wi-Fi or network = no connection
- Wi-Fi on iPhone keeps saying unable to join network (my network name)? How can I fix this! It's been like this for a week but it works on my laptop fine. It can connect to any other network with no problems All my other devices at home connect with no problem, but once i updated my phone it won't connect here. I've reset the router, my network settings, forgot this network, even wiped out my phone and it still won't work. I changed the dns several times.
