How to connect my desktop to my wireless Comcast modem?
My laptop and my iPhone will connect to my wireless internet, but my desktop will not. It connects with no internet access and I've tried all the repairing I can think of. I got my laptop to connect wireless by using an ethernet cable and plugging it in. I tried that with my desktop and it isn't working either. Help! I've tried everything I can think of, but I know little about computers and cables, internet, etc. I tried getting Comcast to help me but they wanted to charge me for their "free" service.

If you want to connect your desktop wireless with the router you will need a wireless usb adapter like this…

however if you connect the ethernet cable to your desktop it should work unless the settings are screwed up… E-mail me if that is the case.
- Why is my comcast internet so slow? I just got a new faster modem which is the xfinity internet box I think it's called. I pay for the fastest internet connection there's and it's still like the slowest thing ever. I need it fast for my ps4. The only thing in my house that uses the connection is two iPhones and my ps4. How do I make it faster? P.S I called comcast already and they said they've done the speed test and thy said I already should have the fastest connection but it's still slow
- Why can't my desktop connect to our Wi-Fi at home but does connect to moble hotspot? Suddenly my desktop won't connect to our Wi-Fi. All other devices such as laptops, phones and tablets connects just fine. I tried connecting it to my iphone's hotspot and it works. I tried to unistall and reinstall the wireless adapter but still won't work. I also tried to reboot the router and even tried to change the channel but still failed to make it work. Do you have any other way to make it work? I have windows 7 on my desktop.

Ok so I was uninstalling stuff on my pc and saw some internet looking thing on it I meant to click on the one above it which was something from a File I downloaded and now my pc doesn't have the file to be able to use Internet let alone connect or even attempt to connect if you are wondering how I'm asking this I'm doing it via iPhone not pc it's only a problem with my pc
