My desktop can't connect to my modem?

Ok so I was uninstalling stuff on my pc and saw some internet looking thing on it I meant to click on the one above it which was something from a
File I downloaded and now my pc doesn't have the file to be able to use Internet let alone connect or even attempt to connect if you are wondering how I'm asking this I'm doing it via iPhone not pc it's only a problem with my pc
