How to deal with this problem?

I'm a student and in the house, i share my Wi-Fi with my brother. What i'm wondering is that why does his mobile phone always get the fastest speed and its like, draining mine? Whenever he uses it, suddenly my internet speed decreases significantly to only 10% of usual speed, he gets 90%.Is there a way to set my mobile phone ( iphone) or the Wi-Fi to share speed equally or to elect a priority device?

Kick the *** also make sure it isn't an open network so that way people don't use it

Most routers allow you to manage which devices on the network get what download/upload speeds or which are priority.

open dos prompt
ipconfig /all
use your default gateway id to type into your browser
enter your user and password
now you are in your router's configuration pages

  • What's the big deal with the Iphone 5? Why is everybody so excited about it? Its almost the same thing just the screen is bigger and its a little bit faster big whoop. It doesn't have any thing new/exciting.

What is the big deal about the Iphone 5 there hasn't been any big changes in my opinion it is still the Iphone 4 just with a bigger screen and little differences. In my opinion it is more like an Iphone I prefer the Galaxy Note 2 over the Iphone 5 despite the size i think it is just overall better and the apps are free. Only thing I think is great about the Iphone is I have heard the battery life is amazing.
  • What is my warranty deal with my iPhone 4S (ATT)? *I preordered the iPhone 4S last year *I also bought it through AT&T *I never had any problems with it but last night I must have dropped it but i never noticed until a little later that I have a crack going across the screen. It's not terrible but it's definitely there. Do I have a warranty deal that came automatically with buying the phone? Does it cover the crack? Also how long do you think I would have had it for? (i tried googling but it was all very confusing)
  • Is the iPhone 4 8GB on Virgin Mobile a good deal? Their site is telling me I can get 300 anytime minutes per month, with unlimited access to data and messaging. This seems too good to be true, does it not? I know you need to pay for the phone itself, but what's the catch? Does Virgin Mobile's coverage suck or something? Haha. For $35 per month they say
