How to delete an app from my iPhone without losing content on other devices?
I downloaded an app on my iTouch. Now it appears on my work phone. I like to keep things separate between work and personal life. When wanting to delete this, it tells me it will also delete all of its data. Does that mean (a) just on my iPhone or the device I want it off of, (b) everywhere, including the main site that is not an app? Will I lose all content everywhere? How can I prevent this from happening in the future, and if so, what device do I need to work with?
You will only loose the data on the device you delete it from
- What happens if i click delete all content and settings on my iphone? If I click "delete all content and settings" on my iphone, is it going to delete all my contact, message and notes? p/s: sorry about my english. ( still learn to speak better english)
- If I delete Photos on my Mac in the Photos app, will it get deleted from my other devices? I have photos in my Photos app on my Macbook that are from my iPhone. If I delete them on my macbook, will it get deleted on my phone too?
- If I delete photos from photostream, will they be there on other devices? I deleted photos off my iPhone and iPad that the world really doesn't need to see. Will those photos be deleted off of other Apple devices (mams iPhone, sister's iPod)? Ps: We're all under the same apple ID
- If I delete a song from my iphone, will yey delete from my other devices? My mom and I share the same apple account. We have the same songs on our phones and on her ipod. If I delete a song from my phone, does that mean it will be deleted from the other devices too?
