How to delete an icloud account without password?
I have an iPhone with a disabled icloud. I completely forgot my password and now I can't log out of the account without it because it is required on iOS 7. I've tried the "delete the password" thing where you change the password and then press done twice and whatever whatever but seeing as my account is disabled, it doesn't work for me and since I can't exactly access the account without an password, I can't find my iPhone if I lose it which I really really need so if anyone knows how to delete an iCloud account off of an iPhone WITHOUT a password, that'd be a tremendous help.

She passed away and I have someone who will take over the remaining contract agreement. I've erased everything but iCloud won't go away. I don't have her password!
