Is there anyway to delete iCloud without the password from iPhone?
I dialed my friend in on an iPhone using my credit card. She passed away and I have someone who will take over the remaining contract agreement. I've erased everything but iCloud won't go away. I don't have her password!
I basically want to completely remove everything. But I don't know what I'll need? Or how can I completely restore the phone without passwords?

- Is there anyway to unlock an iCloud locked iPhone? I got screwed on a letgo deal purchased an iPhone and it turns out that it's activation locked I messaged the person back asking for the id and password and they blocked me so they obviously intentionally screwed me over is there anyway I can unlock the phone without the id & password?
- Is there anyway to soft-reset iphone without itunes or password? Long story short, the home button doesn't work so can't put it into dfu mode for reset. Is there a (safe) third party software that will bypass the passcode and restore it without having to authorize the computer with the iphone?
- Is there anyway to retrieve old notes from iCloud? I have iCloud turned on and i noticed that you have your notes from your iPhone saved onto your email on your mac. I thought that this meant the copy of the old notes was forever on the email no matter what changes you make to it.recently i deleted all my notes to make room for my phone but i realized that by doing that, it deleted the old copy of the notes off my email as well. Is there any way to get them back considering they used to be on my email before?

Everytime i sync my phone with iTunes it comes up with all the really crappy music from iTunes account on my music and it gives me the option to download it off of iCloud, is there anyway to get rid of this? It's not so much a problem, just more of an inconvenience! Any idea how I'll do that?
