How to delete every song on my iPhone?
Help! I just accidentally downloaded all 500 of my dad's songs to my iPhone 5, and I don't know how to delete all of them at once. Is there a way to clear every song from my main "Songs" thing? I just want them off my phone!
The best way is to do a backup of your iphone with itunes,
and then make sure your itunes music library has YOUR music saved in it, not someone else's.
go to your device panel, music tab, tick "sync only selected media"
then do a system restore. It will reinstall iOS and all saved data.
it will remove all 500 songs.
that's it.
- Why isn't iTunes letting me download this song to my song app on my iPhone? I just purchased a song but it's not showing up in my music app and when I go to where it says purchased in the iTunes app I hit the cloud but it won't download to my music app. Is it because of my storage? What do I do?
- Why is it when i select a song on my iPhone, it plays a different song? - Why does my iPhone 4s keep playing every song repeatedly? There used to be buttons you'd push with repeat and now those buttons are gone. All the songs just keep repeating again and again. I looked under the Music settings and didn't see a way to change it. Help?! As I explained that button is NOT appearing
- Which takes up more space on my iPhone: a song in the music app or a song downloaded from Spotify? Assuming it's the same song, obviously, using the default quality settings for each. I need more space on my phone, and want to see if I can save space in the music department.
