How to delete Find My iPhone from my iPad?

I tried deleting it and it wouldn't delete.

You can't. If you do, someday you will be VERY sorry you did. What are you you trying to Do, that you want to delete this? Not be tracked by people who would have the device that would allow you to FIND yours if it was lost or stolen? Makes no sense at all. Or did YOU steal this, and you do not want anyone to find it?

Added - Only 2 of us got it right - you CAN disable it (a bad idea, unless YOU are the one who stole the device) but you can't delete it.

Go to Settings > iCloud, then tap to turn off Find My iPhone.

Can't. It is now a default app so it can't be deleted.

Firstly, go to settings and disable it from security or privacy settings. (I don't remember exact name of it lol) then you can delete it.

Go to the settings and uninstall the app which you want to delete and in case you need a good security app you can have Leo Privacy Guard, it will solve all your problems.

It requires opening settings/iCloud then turn off Find my iPhone. NOTE: You must have the password or you can't remove it. This is to stop people with stolen Apple products from being able to hide them and as such is NOT available without the administrator's password. This also keeps "kids" from shutting off access to their location by parents, if the parents have established the Admin password.
