How to delete songs off itunes?
Ok so I have songs on itunes on the "on my phone" bit and I tried pressing the delete button & everything but nothing is working.
the check box next to it is grey aswell so please tell me what to do I'm worried
and how to make the yellow bit go down that says "other" cos I pressed sync by accident and now it went up to 8.50gb D:
please someone help!
* I also deleted the songs in the library section and off the computer so I'm not sure what to do, I can't locate it aswell
* i have windows if that helps

You remove things from an iPhone with iTunes on a PC/Mac. Details on how depends on if you have it set up to "sync only checked" or "manage music and videos manually".
- Why won't my songs delete off my iphone? I have the iPhone 5 and I was trying to get songs on it one day but I ended up taking all the albums from my mums laptop that are boring on to my phone! And they won't delete! They appear up on my songs on the phone but in a grayish writing and I can't click them or do anything with them and Its really annoying!
- Why can't I delete some songs off Itunes? I have an Iphone 5s fully updated. I'm trying to delete some songs I don't listen to anymore in order to make more room. I've been able to delete most but some songs won't even give me the option. When I slide my thumb, the delete option won't show up. Is there something I can do besides restarting my phone? (I've already done a hundred times).
- If I delete songs off of my iPhone, will it delete them off of my iPod, too? My iPod and iPhone is connected to the same account. However I want my songs on my iPod but not on my iPhone. If I delete it off my iPhone will it take it off my iPod too?
- If I delete songs off iTunes on my PC, will it delete them off my iPhone? IIm trying to make disk space room on my laptop, and iTunes takes up alot of it. I just want to clear out my iTunes on my PC to make room, and then continue downloading music in the future. I just want to know if it will delete the music on my iPhone (i don't want to delete it off my phone)
