Long press (that is keep your finger on the icon) and it will come up with an tiny x on the side of it. Press the x button and it will delete the app. This is how you delete apps on ios. Afterwards just press the home button to restore all the apps back to normal
Find the Subway Surfers icon on your iPhone. When you've done that, long press on that icon and stop when all the icons begin to dance and click on the "x" button which will appear on the left side top corner of the Subway Surfers icon. Then you will figure out the rest!
On a side note, this is not limited to Subway Surfers, it can be done to all installed apps but not the inbuilt ones unless you've jailbroke it.
Press & hold on any icon & press the x when it comes up. Press the Home button when done.
