How to disable find my iPhone app tracking?
Hi, so I'm 17, and my parents feel the need to track where I'm using the find my iPhone app. I'm a responsible person, so I find it annoying and unnecessary. Is there a way, besides changing my account info or turning off location services or my phone, that would disable the app to search me?
Go to settings > General > ICloud > turn off FindMyIphone
- Tracking through Find My iPhone? Someone stole my ipod, and I had the app Find My iPhone. How does it work? It is still trying to locate my ipod. Does I need to connect to Internet for me to track it? Also, if they restore it, will I still be able to track it?
