How to disconnect iphone 4 from a previous owners account?
We bought this iphone four g from a company on Amazon and I went in to verizon and they said that yet couldn't switch phones because it was still connected to the previous owners plan or something. They told me to return it but I can't. I there any possible way to disconnect the phone from the plan without contacting the previous owner because they had a phone number but they wouldn't give it to me and I don't know the guy.
It needs to be unlocked your best bet is to return it.

Sounds lie the phones locked and you got ripped off.Happened to me once. All you can really do is demand a refund or contact the previous owner. If not, then the only thing you can do is sell the phone again for parts
