How to do a LOW CARB diet. I need to lose weight FAST?

I'm trying to lose 10 pounds in 10 days. I know it's unhealthy but I need to fit into a dress so I don't have any other options.

Avoid carbohydrates most of all

Go on a vegan diet, it may seem like it would be horrible but its not. In fact i lost ten pounds in ten days doing it. You basically don't eat any meat or dairy.drink a lot of water too, it cleans out your liver. Avoid salt too it sorta puffs you up and don't eat anything with high fructose corn syrup because it turns directly into liver fat. That is why a lot of people have lower stomach pooches. Also do 50 situps a day and plank for 1 minute a day. Hope everything works and you can fit in your dress.

Mostly lean protein like chicken, fish, lean beef, egg whites, turkey breast, cottage cheese. Also tons of green veggies like asparagus, broccoli, salad etc. These are the main foods to be eaten on a low carb diet.

Bacon and cheese are options on the Atkins diet but I would not eat an unlimited amount of these two things.
