How to downgrade back to ios7 with iPhone 5?
I have an iPhone 5 and recently, I accidentally performed the latest ios update. In doing so, I lost my jailbreak. I'm desperate to downgrade from the latest ios firmware to ios7. I have used software called iFaith, which gives detailed instructions on how to do this. I have followed the instructions time and time again. Download iFaith from the above link and start it.
As mentioned above you will need to have saved SHSH blobs otherwise this guide won't work. As always if you have any questions simply leave a comment below."
However, when I look for the ios file that I previously downloaded, to downgrade, it does not appear anywhere. Yet, when I open "Documents" on my PC, it is there. But with the iFaith software, when the "Documents" window appears, the file can't be found.
I would very much appreciate any advice on what I might be doing wrong or any other software that I could use.
Can't.
