How to downgrade from ios 7.0.3 to ios 6.1.3 without shsh blobs on iphone 4g?

I have an iphone 4g running ios 7.0.3 but when i saw that i liked more ios 6.1.3 i looked up on the internet how to downgrade and it appeared some paid programs and on youtube they say how to downgrade ios 7.0.3 but it doesn't work!
Is there anyway how to downgrade from ios 7.0.3 to ios 6.1.3 without paying or without having to downlaod anything?

These are scams. There's no way to downgrade from iOS 7. If you ever see something that says it can, this is wrong especially if they ask you for money.

You can't! Once you have upgraded your iOS you can't downgrade it. You should have been careful before upgrading it to iOS7.

Thats all a scam. The only type you're able to downgrade is when they're making jailbreaks or before the public realse, you gotta wait. There's one way but it only makes the icon look like iOS 6.1.3

It is not possible to go back to iOS 6 without SHSH blobs. You are stuck with iOS 7. You should've saved those SHSH blobs for iOS 6 on iPhone 4 before upgrading…
