How to downgrade from iOS 7 back to iOS 6.1.4?

I recently upgraded my iPhone 5 (GSM) to iOS 7 and thought I backed up my iPhone before doing so in case I wanted to downgrade. Somehow I didn't and I can't downgrade to iOS 6.1.4 without losing like all my info on my iPhone. Is there anyway I can downgrade without losing any of my info, pictures and so on. I already imported all my pictures into iPhoto on my Mac, but I want them to stay in my Camera Roll on my iPhone and not have to start fresh to have iOS 6.1.4 on my iPhone.
