How to download apps onto my iphone if the app store is restricted by parental controls?

I'm 17 and I have an iPhone 4S I have iOS 8.0.0 (I haven't updated to iOS 8.0.1 yet) my problem is that my mom restricted the App Store for no other reason (and I'm dead serious this is the only reason) than because she thinks it will distract me in school (which it doesn't, I'm in 2 AP classes right now, psychology AP, and AP calc, I have A's in both) anyway I seriously hate not having apps on here. Is there a way that I can get apps without the App Store? There has to be something out there. For example I clash on my ipad (play clash of clans) but I only get to be on it for 30 minutes or less per day. An it bugs the sh*t out of me (excuse the language but it does) I can't reason with her whatsoever so. If you know how I would accomplish this please please tell me.

(For anyone that plays clash you know you can't be on it once a day or you will always lose everything from your collectors and what not so yeah.)

Go to the iTunes app and scroll all the way to the bottom, it should show the account you're signed into. Sign out. Make a new account (you will have to enter your payment info, ie. Debit Card, but there's a way to bypass that, just look it up). Ta-Da buddy, I'm 16 and I once felt your pain. Another major way to get passed all that is jailbreaking. BUT! You're running an iOS 8 firmware which is not jailbreakable yet
