How to download cydia on my unlocked iPhone 3gs?

I have got a factory unlocked iPhone 3GS 8GB and it's upgraded to the newest iOS version which is iOS 6.1.3.
What is the process of downloading cydia in my iPhone running on the mentioned iOS? I want to make my iPhone's user interface look like iOS 7 that's why I need to have cydia and springboard or winterboard, right? Correct me if I'm wrong.

You don't download Cydia. You jailbreak the iPhone & get Cydia.

Check iClarified.com about that.

  • Why won't Cydia download/install anything on my iPhone? I just jailbroke my iPhone 4 w/iOS 6.1 today. But when I went to install the winterboard or any other program it won't work. Messages like "Internal Server Error", or "Timed Out" or "Source Error" comes up in red letters. I've tried on 3G and my Wi-Fi connection and it still won't install anything. Any thoughts people? Are the boys at Cydia or the other sources still working on iOS 6.1 stuff?
  • What will happen to apps installed via cydia if I will delete cydia? I jailbroken the iphone for the purpose of installing an app which is not available in appstore. Now I do not need cydia anymore, I can delete it by deleting its packages. But what will happen to the app that is installed using cydia if I will remove cydia?
  • Jailbroke iPhone, now NO signal on ANY network? Cydia, iOS 6.0, 3GS? I jailbroke my iPhone purely because I want to unlock it to all networks (I live in Australia and it's a British phone). I used evasi0n and now I have Cydia installed on the phone. I also installed ultrasn0w from Cydia app store. Not only does the phone not work with my Aussie SIM card, it now no longer works with the Original simcard (it was working fine before the jailbreak). It just says "searching" and then eventually "SOS only". Any help tech experts?
  • IOS 6 iphone 3gs cydia problems? I've recently tried jailbreaking my ios i phone 3gs with redsnow. The program worked out great, but cydia was never installed, despite the fact that i have the latest version of redsnow. I also tried this process more than once, and tried only checking the "install cydia" section. Does anyone have a fix to this problem?
