How to download Whatsapp on my Iphone?
I mean would I have to jail break or can I download it from any website?
Just look in the application store

You can download it from the App Store but look around a there's a free version and a paid version

To download the app, you need to get it from Apple store. It doesn't cost much and it is a one-time investment only. There's no other charges when re-dowloading or updating the app. Those free whatsapp you find online are not really working base on my experience as it requires constant updating so it would be just a hassle on your end.
Just go to the App Store, search for it & download it. Done.
