How to download x86cdl.dll on window 7?
I have download inerd's edition 1.0.3 software that help to install cydia on the iphone without needing to jailbreak the iphone.

After installing inerd's edition, they say you need x86cdl.dll file on the computer in order for it to stall cydia.
