How to edit a video on Windows or using iPhone?

I've been required to write a "video essay." For my video, I did something similar to a "draw my life" video, with a whiteboard and markers. I'm done filming it, and I have several little video clips of me drawing and writing. How do I go about it from here? I just need to put all the clips together, speed it up, and then do a voice-over. I have an iPhone and a Windows computer; is there any software that works best for my needs?

Windows movie maker is a free option but basic, but can still. Do all those what you want.
