How to edit pictures to be like this?

With an iPhone app though. Go to the following link and find the search button on the website and search "simply dope". I want to know how to make a picture like that. Ah so your saying you like how the Simply Dope pic is but without that flickering movement. Check out the app 3D Camera. It gives it a 3D effect like that that's pretty cool. And if you want a font written like that on a blank white background I don't think that's iPhone possible. You would have to make it with the text tool in Photoshop. Which is VERY easy.

Don't think you can created animated gifs with an iphone.

Use a computer and an image editor like Photoshop or GIMP.
