How to enable pics for iPhone messenger I can't send phone pics?

It says I can't send photos but can change it in privacy but no where can I find this I want to send pics to friends in my iphone messenger

What's a messenger app that can send videos? I made some videos on my iphone and i need to send them to myself(On an ipad) I don't want to use imessage, and i know kik can't take videos, and it's takes a wicked long time to send them on email. Is there any 'messaging' apps that can send video?
Straight Talk iPhone 6S won't send pics to non-apple phone users? My daughter gave me her old Straight Talk Iphone 6S. She unlocked the phone so I could use it with my carrier but then we decided to stay with Straight Talk. I'm unable to send Bitmoji's and photos to non-Iphone users. I can't turn on the MMS feature, it's hidden. Anyone have this problem or know how to fix it?

On KIK messenger if someone is still logged on their app but has the KIK window minimized and I send a message, will it go right to solid D? I have KIK messenger and if I send a message to a particular person with an Iphone who always has their phone on and logged in (but the window closed/minimized from hitting the home button in spite of them still being logged in), would it still turn to a solid D instead of a faded D because they're still logged onto KIK but their app window is minimized? Is faded D only used if the person has KIK but is logged out?
