How to erase content on an inactivated iPhone that won't connect to Wi-Fi?
I have an iPhone 4s I would like to sell but I have a problem. It stopped connecting to Wi-Fi. I was told at Besy buy I would have to connect it to my computer to erase the content and maybe it would connect to Wi-Fi again. I can't connect to data anymore to turn off "find my iPhone" because the phone isn't activated anymore. Does anyone know how to fix this or am I just stuck with this phone?
Seriously? Why don't you just do EXACTLY what they told you to do? Plug it in to a computer with iTunes, restore/wipe it, done! How hard was that?

- IPhone: erase content and settings what would happen? Okay so my phone company wants the iphone back even thou it's broken. So I deleted everything but if I click the erase content and setting will everything from the iphone will get deleted! I can't have anything on it or else I pay for having info on the iPhone.

What happens if I do that do I lose anything? Will my icloud storage be ok? Is that a good thing? Or should I try something different
