How to FaceTime on my iPhone 4S with the new iOS 7?

I'm confused cuz my friend and i were trying to FaceTime last night and i couldnt figure out where to go or what icon to click on to be able to FaceTime.

It should just be on the home page with all your other icons. It's the green icon with a white video camera and says face time underneath in white.
I always get lost with this new update, wish I didn't update it now my messages have been so messed up with it.

  • Why would Apple make FaceTime only compatible with iOS devices? It doesn't make sense what if someone has an Android! Then FaceTime is useless to the person with the iPhone who wants to video chat with the person with the Android. Someone please tell me why Apple did this, I know it's a stupid question but its bugging me

I checked on the settings of my iphone but there really wasn't any Facetime. Then, I checked on my friends' iphone 4 ios 6 and found out that they have Facetime. Is there something wrong with my phone or is there a problem while i'm updating it… I really WANT facetime so badly.
