How to fix my iPhone 3 if most of the screen is white?

I took my phone out of my bag today and most of the screen is white with a few faint red, yellow, and blue lines. I can barely see part of the time and a few text messages I have waiting for me. I've tried turning it off and back on, but that didn't work. The only previous problem I had was a cracked screen that I've had for about 8 months.

It's broken from the inside. Not fixable.go to apple or wherever you got your iPhone from and get a new one.

  • Screen on my iphone 4 went white, how can i fix it without restarting? I have an iphone 4. I went to open an app and it went to open then just went white. My power button is broke so i can't restart it. The home button works, however it will not get me off the white screen. Is there anything else i can do besides restarting or letting the battery die to get back to the home screen?
