How to fix my iPhone 5 from apple logo loop?

I have an iphone 5 on iOS 7, and evad3rs recently released its 7 jailbreak so I thought id try it out, after I jail broke my phone everything went smoothly, until at the last part my phone didn't go to the home screen and have cydia, it went straight into the apple logo loop.

I've tried for the past 4 hours to fix this issue, I googled ways to fix it and I've tried many but none worked.

I've tried holding lock button and volume up
I've tried lock screen and home button
I've tried using iTunes and restoring my phone
I don't live nearby and apple store
And I refuse to seek help by going to an apple store

The evad3rs team says that this happens if you had updated to any version of iOS 7 over-the-air.

You could try doing a hard reset (Hold down power + home for 10 seconds) and then try running the jailbreak process again.
If that didn't work, you'll have to wait for evad3rs to release an updated version of evasi0n for the fix. The team advises to do a full backup, and clean restore to iOS 7.0.4 via iTunes until the new version is released.
