How to fix my iPhone 6s volume?

My phone volume is stuck on mute, and it has the volume icon on the screen saying mute. When ever I turn up the volume it turns itsel back on to mute. What's wrong with it? What should I do?

Your best bet would be to take it back to the carrier to replace it
