How to fix my iTunes problem?

I have 4 devices: iPHONE, MACBOOK AIR, IPAD AND IPOD. I have been trying to buy things from the iTunes store on all 4 devices. It tells me to answer security questions which I never set up, and a recover email which I never set up either. How am I supposed to buy something?

I advice you to contact iTunes support and tell it the details of your trouble. Access iTunes website, and look for the help department. Also you can get help directly from your installed program in your PC. There many ways to solve it, but you must be patient.

  • Splice problem? Can i fix it? Or similar free app? I LUV splice. The free verision has exactly what i need except now my videos are black. I use it for viddy. When i make a video on splice & hit view you don't see the video, you can only hear the audio, is there a way I can fix that? I want to stay with the free verison cuz i don't wanna pay $3.99 for the other. If there isn't a way to fix that is there another free video app just like it that i could use for the iphone?
  • Iphone and ipad problem! Music transferring problem I have an iphone 4s and an ipad mini. I'm having a music tranferring problem. On my phone i have a bunch of songs and i turned of home sharing with my friend. So i got all of her songs to. i'm ok with that.anyways on my ipad i have all the songs I bought. I want to get all the songs i hve on my phone to my ipad. I don't know how though. I use the same apple id and everything. On my ipad i went to songs not on ipad folder but found nothing?
  • Iphone 4s Wi-Fi problem? Anybody else have this problem? So i have an iphone 4s from bell canada. Its a great phone but i have a problem with my Wi-Fi. when i turn my Wi-Fi ON it will work fine. But after 4 or 5 minutes continuous working, it will stop working. and i have to turn it OFF and then turn it ON again for later browsing. i can't even see the full length youtube video of 5 minutes, because it will stop working in the mid of the video any help
  • I have a BIG problem with my iphone. Can anybody help me? I will put the problem in details of this question? So basically, on my iphone 6s plus my fingerprint stopped working and my passcode (Which i KNOW is right) won't work either. I tried so much that i have to connect it to itunes. This wouldn't be so big of a problem, so i turned on itunes on my pc. But i was SIGNED OUT OF ITUNES! And when I try to sign in it says it will send a code to my ios devices, but all i have for ios devices is my iphone, WHICH IS DISABLED! CAN ANYONE Help ME?
