Iphone and ipad problem! Music transferring problem

I have an iphone 4s and an ipad mini. I'm having a music tranferring problem. On my phone i have a bunch of songs and i turned of home sharing with my friend. So i got all of her songs to.
i'm ok with that.anyways on my ipad i have all the songs I bought. I want to get all the songs i hve on my phone to my ipad. I don't know how though. I use the same apple id and everything. On my ipad i went to songs not on ipad folder but found nothing?

I think you need the iPhone transfer software, which can't only transfer files between iPhone and PC, but also transfer files between Apple devices.

Okay, so this will have a little back story. my home computer with about 2, 000+ songs is at my father's house, i had a pc and i've used that computer for about 3-4 years now, i've synced almost all of my apple products with it. now i have a new laptop and my home computer that has all of my music on it, has a virus, so i really want to put new songs on my iphone without having to restore everything. Is there any way i can? Can i transfer my 2, 000 songs or so, onto my laptop?
