How to fix the sound on my iPhone 4?
I have the iPhone 4 and when i got it i downloaded an app and the audio didn't work. I had the sound fully up and it did not work. I can't turn up the audio unless i'm in music and sound doesn't work on anything but YouTube, Skype, Camera/Photos and only texting apps, I have not used the phone on it yet so i don't know if it works or not. My setting on sound are, Vibrate on Ring off, Vibrate on Silent off, Ringer and Alerts (Full), Change with Buttons on, Sounds and Vibration Patterns (All set to something) Lock Sounds off and Keyboard Clicks on!
Please help, i really want it to work, i would get an iPhone 4S but i'm not sure if i'm able to return this iPhone 4.
Added (1). There's no mute, so mute was never on
Turn mute off.
- Why is no sound coming out my iPhone. The only sound that comes out is the ringer or when I have headphones hooked up? I have a iPhone 6s. And I recently noticed that no sound is coming out my iPhone. The only sound that works is my ringer and when I have headphones hooked up. My phone is updated to the IOS 12. I tried cleaning out my headphone jack and speakers and it's still doing it.

- Why Do I Have To Click The Sound Thing On Instagram To Play The Sound? For some reason the sound hasn't been working on my iPhone for Instagram. Someone said to click on the moving sound bars on the top right of the video and that it will play sound. Well, it worked. But my question is why the hell should I do that? Can't it just automatically play?
- When I sing I sound good in my head but on recording it doesn't sound as good? I understand why this is but I want to know if it is because my iPhone recording quality isn't good. If not how do I actually listen to how others hear me sing.
