How to fix water damaged iphone thats stuck at the temperature warning?
I dropped my phone in the toilet and had it in rice for 2 weeks. I took it out and now it won't go off the temperature warning thing. Is there anyway to fix it?
If you already used rice to dry it out then it must have fried something or got corrosion on a contact, you'd need to take it to a repair shop and have it checked before you even know what's wrong and if it can be fixed at a reasonable cost
I hope you have insurance that covers this, most standard plans don't cover water or accidental damage
- Stuck on temperature screen? Just got my iPhone 6 yesterday at the T-mobile. It was working fine then hours later it gave me the warning about the phones temp. My phone wasn't heated or anything it was normal. It happened about 8 times for about 30 min each. I turned it off and on and reset it and it still say it. Today it has been stuck twice for good long 1 hour or 2.

I noticed later that i could not hear the other person during a phone call. Are there any fixes to this or do i have to buy another phone out right?
